The food is great, in which it can satisfy even the most discriminating palate, and so is nightlife. There are many ways to see Panama, many like tour the city on foot, sampling the sights, sounds and tastes of the city as they go. Others prefer to take a less energetic approach and avail of one of the many tours available. Panama is a city that will capture your heart in many ways.

The Panamanian Institute of Tourism or PAIT is a government body that promotes Panama tourism in general. Panama’s variety of travel products that PAIT are supporting include the ecotourism, sport or adventure tourism, archaeological tourism, historical tourism, and meetings and conventions on a global scale.
