The video iPod is giving DVD players a run for their money. Already there websites catering to the
thousands of video iPod users, creating video files for them to download. A whole industry has sprung up
around podcasters everything from advertising and software to 'vlogs' and forums. With the enhanced
memory capacity - 30GB and 60GB models can hold up to 15,000 songs, view 25,000 photos or watch 150
hours of video on a 2.5-inch color display along with a sweet price.

However, those are the obvious ways you can use your video iPod. The coolest thing about having one of
these little devices is the other things you can do - like listen to Internet radio broadcasts. Internet radio
broadcasters make it really easy to and there is plenty of software you can use to make it happen, for
instance, there is the freeware application Radio Recorder.

With Radio Recorder, you enter the URL of your favorite Internet radio station and you are good to go. The
program is recorded as MP3 files; make sure you have enough disk space on your computer before you
start. A good rule of thumb is for every minute of recording you will need about 1MB of disk space. You can
also program the Radio Recorder to record at a scheduled time, separate your broadcast into different files,
and categorize them by title.

Once you have your Internet radio programs tucked inside your video iPod, the Click Wheel feature will let
you access to your complete library with just one finger. In addition, you have all the bells and whistle
options you can possible want. Create play lists, rewind, and go forward, pause, select, and rate your
favorite pieces. Watch your favorite photo slideshows. The Click Wheel gives you touch pad control that is
sensitive to your requests which lets you relax and enjoy your entertainment.

There are thousands of downloads available for your video iPod, and not only from the iTunes Music Store.
You will find hundred of independent podcasters online with some amazing and entertaining downloads for
you. Then there are the audio books, music video, and television shows. In addition, if you want to extend
your video iPod to surround sound, just add an audio cable and you will be able to play music from your
video iPod straight to your home stereo. For video play, back all you need is an S-video cable and you are
ready to play iPod video on your TV. Alternatively, take your photo slideshows to the big screen easily from
anywhere in the room with the remote control feature.

The problem is you will need to pay $0.99 per song at iTunes, however if you select other music providers
you can get the hits at a lower cost. Some sites are offer hundreds of articles at the lowest cost ever,
meaning you will receive hundreds of hits at around 3 cents per copy. Heck, even if you did not like some of
the songs you could still save loads of cash on hits you do like. To learn more about iPods we encourage
